* All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

* A "physically realised" featured link is defined as a virtual link which has undergone the process of being transformed from the virtual 3d world to the real physical world. The featured link is made into a decal sticker of the specified dimensions. The object which the decal sticker is made for is purchased, and all the decal stickers belonging to that object are arranged onto the exterior surface of the object as represented in the virtual 3d world.

* A "featured link" on AdvertMyCar.com consists of the following elements:
- An entry into our SEF (Search Engine Friendly) Web Directory providing you with a back link towards your site. All the links in our directory are direct, so they will improve your link popularity.
- An advert in the virtual 3d world, represented by a movie file and a dedicated snapshot showing both the virtual image and the advert.
- If applicable, and the featured link is "physically realised", an equivalent advert is placed on the physical representation of the virtual link with the specified dimensions.
- If applicable, a featured link will become "physically realised" only once the specified limited allocation of featured links are sold. Until that time, the featured link will remain in the virtual 3d world.
- A featured link that has been physically realised, will remain that way for three (3) calendar years except in cases of 'unforeseen circumstances'.
-- 'unforseen circumstances' include accidents, fire, theft, vandalism, floods, natural disasters or any other criminal activies.

* The minimum purchase for a featured link is $399 (10cm x 5cm - width x height).

* When you 'buy' a featured link, you will not 'own' any part of homepage or this site, or the "physically realised" object, but rather you are granted the right to submit an image and link which will then be published on the website in the respective space you have paid for. If the featured link becomes "physically realised" you are then also granted the right to have the image that you had submitted for the website to be made into a decal sticker and placed onto the exterior surface of the object as represented in the virtual 3d world.

* It is possible that a 'featured link' may not become "physically realised" (for example, there were not enough featured links sold). If for any reason, a 'featured link' is not "physically realised" you will not be refunded.

* You cannot change the image or link once you have submitted them, so you must be sure of the image & link you want on the website, which will be there for at least 5 years. The only exception is if you have a strong reason why you need a change to your image/link, eg. your site no longer exists, major structural change to your site, lawsuits, etc.

* If for whatever reason in the future you want your image and link removed from the website, you can do that, but you will not get a refund and the space (if not yet phsically realised) will become publically available again.

* Once the "featured link" is "physically realised" you cannot change the image for any reason. It will be part of the paintwork of the "physically realised" object. It CANNOT be changed or removed from the "physically realised" object.

* If your image and link are accepted and published on the website, you cannot get a refund.

* The site and website will be online for at least 5 years (starting from the day it launched), so at least until 21st August 2012 (barring any major changes to the web in general).

* "Featured links" are offered on a first come, first served basis.

* No obscene/offensive/adult images/links will be accepted, and I decide what is appropriate for my site. If you submit an image or link that is rejected, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative, otherwise your money will be refunded (minus any fees incurred in processing your order) and you will lose your "featured link".

* If your link is accepted and you later change the content of the linked site to show offensive/obscene/adult material then your link will be removed until you provide a new one, and you will not get a refund of any kind for the link downtime.

* Images must be the exact size you have paid for (eg. 283 x 142 pixels = 10 x 5 cm - width x height )

* Images must be in GIF or JPEG format, and a reasonable file size

* Images must NOT be animated.

* Links must be to web pages only and begin with http://

* You must have the authority to provide the image and link for the website you submit

* Funds must be fully recieved and cleared before your "featured links" go live on the webpage.

* There might be occasional downtime for site maintenence but I'll try and keep these to a minimum.

* Once you have ordered and the funds have cleared (eg. in my PayPal or bank account), I will aim to get your "featured link" online within 24-48hrs.

Order Steps

For orders under $2,000.00 it is recommended that you use PayPal to send the funds for your order. For orders equal to or larger than $2,000.00, it is recommended you wire transfer the funds for your order.

1. Submit your featured link. Use the submit form and choose an advert size and where you would like to place your "featured link".

2. Send the funds to get the process rolling. Send the funds by way of the methods outlined above. Be sure to pay for the correct amount to prevent any delays in your order.

3. Wait for a return e-mail. It will either be an acceptance letter or a denial letter with information on why your submission was denied.

4. If you are accepted, your "featured link" should appear on the website within 24 to 48 hours.
